It's SUPER BOWL WEEKEND!!! I used to be soo fired up for this and I guess I am this year.. I have to think they are going to HOPEFULLY drop a ton of new trailers, or maybe just new looks at all of the delayed stuff.. as well as maybe a look at the Eternals? C'mon Marvel gimme something!!

So busy the past few days that I started posted but never finished or posted them... But a quick look at what's new this weekend.

Netflix -- Firefly Lane - an aged Katherine Higel and Sarah Clarke in a dramedy? based on a book.. might watch an episode.

All my Friends are Dead - a horror comedy version of American Pie.. according to one review..

Malcom and Marie - Zendaya and John David Washington start in apparently a really good movie.. shot during the pandemic? maybe -- Suppose to be REALLY good..

Then there are two international items that kinda have me intrigued, Space Sweepers and The Invisible City, the latter is a Brazilian based SuperNatural clone while the first is Korean film about a group of Space Sweepers who are cleaning up all the space debris floating around the Earth, and uncover something special which sets them on a adventure.. it kinda doesn't look terrible.. has a real Korean Guardians of the Galaxy vibe..

Hulu has a the streaming rights to Antebellum which had some buzz before Covid messed up it's release..

Prime is doing a debbie downer version of the Matrix, real people realize they are in a simulation.. except without Kung fu or guns.. but it's got Selma Hayek.. called Bliss.

HBO Max has a new Studio Ghibli movie, which are usually nominated for an Oscar and usually kinda wonderful, I think this is the first to be done with computer animation.

Also not new but awesome is ALL of Modern Family is now available to stream which is still fantastic comfort content to enjoy.

Either way not sure what project is on tap for this weekend, but I have ramble long enough!
